ST. PAUL, Minn. (Oct 22, 2015) – Safe Reflections, the globally recognized leader in enhanced visibility and reflective solutions for the occupational safety, consumer active wear apparel and military training markets, has announced a distribution agreement with Bamatex/Rudholm, Europe’s leading source for trims and embellishments for the apparel industry.

The sales and distribution agreement will allow Bamatex to exclusively sell certain Brilliant® Color Reflective products made from 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material to the European market. The first product to be offered is Brilliant® 750 Color Reflective, a high-brightness color reflective material suited for many heat transfer applications including converting to logos and cut shapes by plotter cutter.

“This new agreement with Bamatex/Rudholm will allow European garment manufacturers to source Brilliant® Color Reflective made with 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material from within the European region, creating numerous efficiencies for our European customers,” said Morgan Boström, Key Account Manager – 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material Europe.

Brilliant® Color Reflective is the first and only highly reflective, wash-durable color reflective on the market, providing exceptional design flexibility to incorporate visibility and style in the same offering. This patented technology provides superior reflectivity and unmatched wash durability for a complete line of colorized reflective trims, transfers and fabrics made from 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material, giving European clothing designers new options for integrating safety and fashion.

“We are enthusiastic about our distribution agreement with Safe Reflections because it will help our customers save time and money bringing new high-brightness reflective designs to market,” said Joakim Engen, Managing Director – Bamatex/Rudholm. “European manufacturers have long desired fast and cost-effective access to cutting edge technologies like Brilliant® Color Reflective, and we are looking forward to being a new source for their business.”

It is expected that this relationship will be expanded to allow the sale of other products based on the Safe Reflections Brilliant® Color Reflective technology in the future.
