Safe Reflections COVID-19 Update

Dear valued customer:

During these unprecedented times of the global COVID-19 pandemic I would like to provide you with an update on how Safe Reflections is responding to this rapidly changing situation.

First and foremost, we are taking the safety and health of our employees as our highest priority. As we operate two stand-alone and dedicated Safe Reflections facilities, one in Saint Paul, MN US and a second facility in Taipei, Taiwan, we are taking the learnings from our APAC facility over the last two months and applying them to our US facility. We have had many non-production employees working from home and have adjusted our production facility to ensure we meet the CDC guidelines for social distancing in all parts of our facility. And although we have not yet had a confirmed case of COVID-19 in our workforce or their immediate families, we are well prepared to handle that if it should occur.

Currently our business is fully operational at both facilities and running up to two full staff shifts to meet your demand. We have had only one very minor supply disruption from our global suppliers as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and, for the most part, we have been unaffected. Our biggest supply issue has been the significant supply delays from the largest US reflective supplier and those delays are not as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to work with this long-term partner of Safe Reflections and that situation is improving daily. We currently have good working relationships with 4 reflective suppliers in 3 different countries to ensure reflective supply in situations like this.

As you most likely are aware, last year Safe Reflections opened a brand new reflective converting facility in Taiwan. We are glad to report that this new facility is fully operational and staffed. This has given us a great deal of long-term flexibility in supply and opened us to new suppliers and sourcing options from around the world.

We remain ready to help you with all your reflective needs. The earlier you can make us aware of your future demands we can make sure we take every effort to meet those needs.
